Re: Luckfox AURA CSI clarification

Hello again.

My Aura just arrived and I have to say, I'm a little surprised at how bad it went so far. Did any of you guys test the images provided?

The buildroot comes with ffmpeg baked in, but you didn't bother with including support for *_rkmpp, which is the hw encoder.
The debian build comes ...

Re: Luckfox AURA CSI clarification

I apologize for bothering you again, but I'm a little bit confused.

Looking at the Pico Zero, which works with the imx415, i can see the i2c lines are pulled up to 1v8.
On the Aura, they're pulled up to 3v3. On one of them. On the other connector, no pullups that I can see.

Also, CSI1_IO0/1 go ...

Re: Luckfox AURA CSI clarification

Thank you! I got the image, but my board is still in transit so I couldn't test this yet!

Looking forward to the Core1126!

Luckfox AURA CSI clarification

I've been using the RV1106 core board so far and I'm very pleased by their performance. The buildroot SDK is well done. And I managed to integrate rk media libs with libav for audio-video. Mainly because rv1103/06 do not work with ffmpeg/ gstreamer out of the box.

From what I know about this ...

Re: Kernel crash when closing the camera

This very same issue is killing me, too. I noticed that sometimes (rarely), closing rkipc (via RkLunch-stop.sh) simply hangs. Sometimes it happens after three or four start/ stop sequences. Sometimes after 50. But it does happen.

I also tried using the SDK to integrate the VPU in my C application ...

Re: Power consumption on Core1106 or Ultra W

Hello,

since we weren't able to achieve a low-power requirements of our project we implemented a MOSFET transistor in front of main power supply which cuts the power once the procesor has been halted.

However - since we'll be powering the processor on and off approximately once per 5 minutes ...

Luckfox Pico Audio issues

Hi guys.

Wanted to share my experience concerning audio and the Pico series (both RV1103/RV1106). Im specifically talking about the integrated audio codec. The microphones I used are Knowles analog mics, both single-ended and differential. Quite expensive, I've been using them for years in various ...

Re: CSI camera compatible

The ISP of RV1106 can only support a maximum of 5M/30fps. Using IMX415 at 8M may not achieve an ideal frame rate. According to the JSON file provided by Rockchip, it can only reach 4lane-15fps. The current board version we have only provides 2lane-CSI. The actual frame rate may be even worse ...

Re: CSI camera compatible

Hello, the CAC.bin file is used for lens chromatic aberration correction. We haven't obtained the configuration and the information for generating this file from Rockchip. During normal adaptation, if there is no chromatic aberration in the lens, this file can be omitted from being used.

Ok ...

Re: CSI camera compatible

In theory, the sensors mentioned in $SDK/media/isp/release_camera_engine_rkaiq_rv1106_arm-rockchip830-linux-uclibcgnueabihf/isp_iqfiles could also be used, but since we haven't tested them, we cannot officially list them as supported for Luckfox Pico.

Could you please clarify that bit a little ...
