Solved by running ubuntu by installing xvfb and x11vnc by apt install.

Seems the buildroot making of the xvfb is not functional. Anyway I can live with ubuntu in the time being.

Anyone have tried to enable x11vnc with Xvfb on RV1106?
I need X support for some remote graphic display.
