I wrote and verified Rasberry Pi OS (64-bit) as of 2024-03-15 on the sd card.
I added "dtoverlay=vc4-kms-dsi-7inch" at the end of config.txt.
I supply power to the display (VCC and GND) via the Pi GPIOs.
Unfortunately neither displays shows any sign of live
. No reaction at all. The raspberry Pi seems to boot up (according to the green/red leds). But the display stays black. I tried adding "dtoverlay=vc4-kms-dsi-7inch,dsi0" at the end of config.txt.
I tried rotating the DSI cable so that the connector is on either side.
I tried supplying the display with its own powersource (MicroUSB 5V).
... nothing seems to work. Please help me finding my mistake. Thank you very much!
