Connection refused on Pico mini B

Hi all,
I bought a pico mini B and i followed the instructions in burning image to pico mini B.

and then i follow the instructions to login via ssh.

I found the power shell keep telling me ssh: connect to host 172.32.0.93 port 22: Connection refused
do i know whats goidn wrong?thanks,.

I have tried, seems the respond is still connection refused. is there an issue with the USB set up or anything wrong with the imagae i have burn?

Try to run ifconfig on the development board to ensure that the IP address obtained by the development board is "172.32.0.93" and that the development board and the host can ping each other. If not, please check the network configuration and make sure that the firewall is turned off.
