Hi there,
The only camera compatible with the Pico Series is a 3MP 30fps camera.
The ISP seems to be supporting 4M/5M @ 30fps.
Is there a camera that can support 1920x1080@ 60 fps ? I believe the ISP of the pico would support that?
Is there a plan to release another pico with a more powerful ISP for higher FPS?
The application is a low latency video streaming system where every ms matter.
High FPS Camera
The engineers are working tirelessly on the development. Let's eagerly await the exciting progress!
Hi LuckFox,
Has anything changed since January? I have this baby since 3 days and I am very excided.
I assumed it would be possible to get 60fps from 3mp camera on expense of the resolution. If I use 1280x800 will it allow me to get 60 frames? If there is a limitation where is the bottleneck? Is it CSI interface bandwidth or the driver?
Regards
Tomek

Hello, the limitation of high frame rate and high score rate is mainly the processing speed and resource occupation of ISP, and the limitation of RV1106 is 5M@30fps, and reducing the resolution cannot greatly increase the frame rate.
Since Rockchip does not publish the relevant documentation and source code, the reason for this may be the ISP resource limit (CMA, number of channels, etc.) or the driver limit, which cannot be definitively determined
