Serial debugger garbled data

  I have 2 working luckfox cards, I can login into them with SSH and work just fine with ttyS3 and ttyS4, however for some reason I am getting garbled data on serial debugging, I have the correct baud rate and serial parameters. To note that it was working before but now it has stopped working:
