on a Lyra Plus with Ubuntu on SD after few seconds the ethernet stop functioning.

Hello, from the log, the Ethernet device has completed the registration prompt "ff4d0000.ethernet nk is Up" means that the network cable has been connected, is the network port lights off after a few seconds of start-up or the kernel prompts "ff4d0000.ethernet nk is Down"?
I have solved it was a power problem.
