I think it's likely that distributors are obtaining this information directly from the datasheet for sales purposes. As for the 1GB NAND, I believe that's the point worth paying attention to. However, looking at the official store for the LuckFox Pico Plus, there's only one version available, 64MB of RAM and 128MB of NAND. It's best to purchase from official channels.

It's the famous distinction between big B and small b. Generally, in communication, we use small b, meaning bits. 8 bits make a byte, called Byte, which is big B.
