lyra ultra compiled image doesn't work

I am using "Luckfox_Lyra_SDK_250429.tar.gz"

I have followed the steps shown on this page:

I have modified the DSI device tree and successfully enabled the 5 inch display. The image compilation for Lyra Plus and Lyra Ultra was completed on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. Upon testing, the Lyra Plus operates as expected. However, the Lyra Ultra exhibits issues—there is no output on the display, and SSH connectivity fails. The only observable activity is a blinking red LED.

I chose the the correct device every time via "sudo ./build.sh lunch" and cleaned all as well before compiling but no help.
Am I missing anything

Hello, based solely on the information you have provided, we cannot determine the issue. The dsi is initialized by uboot. Please provide the complete serial output of the boot log.

Any luck ?? I have the same issue! i also tried flashing the "backup" files from google drive. Nothing
