MacOS support

  • Hello

We only have a Mac mini, tested with the Apple M2 chip, and it can be powered directly using a dual-male Type-C cable
Please try setting our screen as the primary display on your M4 in the system's display settings, or display it only on the 18.5inch screen.
  • Thank you for the answer, but I cannot set it as a primary screen because it doesn't even get recognized when I connect it with the USB-C cable (it doesn't appear among the display settings). I've tried connecting both with the USB-C cable that came in the box and with a Thunderbolt 4 cable.
  • Hi,

Have you tried connecting an independent power supply to the screen first, and then using a double male Type-C cable to see if the computer can recognize it?
  • Yes, I tried that combination too. The screen is not recognized that way either.
  • Hello. Isn't there any possibility of connecting the screen using the USB-C cable only then? Perhaps intalling some kind of driver?

  • Hello,

When using external power supply, are you using the PD power adapter provided in our shipment?
  • Yes, all of the cables I've used are those provided in the box, although I also used others just in case as I said (for example, a Thunderbolt 4 instead of the USB-C).
  • Hello, I mean the power adapter, PD power supply, is it also matched with ours?

  • Yes, I tried with that one too, but I insist: I'm interested in being able to use a single cable only (the UBS-C cable).
