Display doesn’t turn on

I purchased a 7” HD Touchscreen V1.1 from Amazon, but the screen does not work. Even when using a working power cable, the display shows no signs of life and the backlight does not turn on (even when I switch it on manually). I tested the display with my Raspberry Pi Zero 2W and with my computer, but it still doesn’t work. I have already read the printed manual and checked online forums as well as your website, but I haven’t been able to solve the issue.

Could you please send me a photo showing your hardware connection?
Have you tried changing your HDMI cable?
When you connect the screen to your Windows PC, is your system's display settings able to recognize the screen and display it at the correct resolution?
Have you switched the backlight switch on the back of the screen to the ON position?
