SD card for pico 86 Panel

  • The SD card-related circuits on the Luckfox Pico 86 Panel are not soldered. The pins can be used, but proper SD card functionality cannot be guaranteed.

I have soldered the card socket, but got the next problem. The default dtsi assignes mmc0 to eMMC, mmc1 to SD card and mmc2 to SDIO. The 86 Panel has eMMC on mmc0 an SDIO wifi/bt card on mmc1. Are the SD card data lines routed to mmc2 ?

  • I'm sorry for not checking which model you are using beforehand — I mistakenly assumed you were using the version without Wi‑Fi. Please note that the SD card and Wi‑Fi cannot be used simultaneously, as they share MMC1, and the MMC2 pins have been repurposed for RGB functionality. On the core board of the version with Wi‑Fi, the MMC1 pins are not exposed to prevent interference with the wireless module.
