Fail to flash Pico Mini (SPI Flash)

Context: I am trying to connect the Luckfox Pico Mini (with SPI flash) to my PC for SSH debugging. I flashed the board with Buildroot 10 days ago, and today I am attempting to connect, but it was unsuccessful (drivers and tools are already installed).

When I connect to the PC:

Normal mode: Device Manager shows the message:
"This device cannot start. (Code 10)
{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful."
DFU mode (trying to reflash the board): Device Manager shows the message:
"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

A request for the USB device descriptor failed."
What should I do?

Platform: Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, can I use the serial port module to see if the luckfox Pico is working? If the serial port has an output, please provide the boot log.

If you have successfully tested it 10 days ago, then the problem is less likely to appear on the computer, so I prefer that there is a problem with the luckfox pico

The problem is that the USB cable has been damaged.
I tried another one, and it worked.

Thank you!
