M.2 ai hat

Hello, i just bought the 7” display for the raspberry pi5 and came to realize it won’t work with the m.2 ai hat. Maybe I am missing something but if anyone knows a solution to this please help. The gpio pins are not long enough so i bought the extender for them still didnt work.

Hello, did you buy our 7” DSI version of the screen or the HDMI version? Can you take a picture of your hardware connections for me?
Have you ruled out the power supply problem? Are you using a 5V 5A power adapter?
If you use them separately, can both modules be used normally?
Are you currently using the bookworm system? What is the kernel version?
