I just bought Omni3576 8GB-RMA-64GB-eMMC.

I have no idea how to get it work.
when I connect the hdmi cable, the screen shows nothing.
when I connect type-c usb data cable to a laptop runnung windows 11 pro, the device manager found "Unknown USB device"

I do run Driver Assistant v5.13 and install driver. But when I open RKDevTool v3.31, it shows "No Device Found"
I can feel heat from the heatsink and when I long press the power button, the heat will goes off (device power off).
Do i missed anything?

Hello,
First, ensure you have connected both the download cable and power supply.

Second, follow the steps in the wiki:https://wiki.luckfox.com/luckfox-Omni35 ... grade-mode
Press and hold the RESET button, then press and hold the RECOVERY button.
Release the RESET button while keeping the RECOVERY button pressed.
Release the RECOVERY button once the device is recognized in LOADER mode.
If the device still isn't detected, short the ADC0 and GND pins on the development board. This will force the board into burning mode.
Let me know if you need further clarification!

Hello, all devices are HDMI-supported by default. Could you show me the screenshot of the IDB download failure?

The error message you're seeing is likely due to communication issues caused by problems with the USB cable or computer port. You can try changing the cable, using a different USB port, or switching to another computer—these steps should resolve the issue.

If changing multiple download cables fails to resolve the issue, try reseating the core board to check if the problem is caused by a loose connection during transportation. Alternatively, use the serial debug port to view the printed messages when the download fails.
