Hi, I have 2 pico pro boards connected to my ubuntu 22 machine. I am unable to list the devices using upgrade_tool!

Is there something I need to do on my end to allow using the flashing utility?

We have tested the recognition of the development board on both Ubuntu 22.04 computers and virtual machines. If no RK devices are recognized, the most likely issue is related to the USB cable. Additionally, when the development board is in the burn mode after pressing the boot button, using the lsusb command will show "Fuzhou Rockchip Electronics Company." However, when the development board is in the system mode, using the lsusb command will display "Fuzhou Rockchip Electronics Company rk3xxx."

This worked for me:
- unplug the board
- keep pressing the boot button
- replug the board
