I just bought the device, I installed drive to throw software, I ran soctookit, the device saw the device as looder, I installed software once, it said it did it successfully, but the device did not open, I wanted to throw it again, but it does not go to boot mode in any way.
I plugged in the usb by pressing boot and let it go but it won't come out. When I plug the device into the pc, the usb insertion sound comes out immediately followed by the removal sound by itself?
Did something happen to the device, why does it do that?
Device : Luckfox Pico Ultra W
thanks.
Help please!!! PC Card does not see
Hello, please replace your Type-C cable to prevent it from being caused by a cable problem. Luckfox Pico Ultra is recommended to be directly connected to the USB port of the computer motherboard. There may be problems such as insufficient power supply or poor signal strength on the front panel of the case.
thx for reply...
I experimented with multiple cables.
I tried different cables with PC front and rear inputs.
I tried it over poe with the poe module.
But it never happened in any of them. When I connect the device to the computer, I try to follow it by hardware management and I say to follow the usb connection sound of the computer, I plug the device in, the usb inserted sound comes and then immediately the output sound comes.
If the device is broken, how can it be broken so quickly?
I tried to throw software only once, I threw it and then it opened and I wanted to throw it again and this is the result now?

I tried all the methods you mentioned.
But it doesn't work. The computer detects the device, but the connection drops again within 2 seconds.
I tried with POE.
I tried with power via GPIO.
It doesn't work.
I think they sold me a defective device on AliExpress.

It’s unlikely that the board is defective, as all our boards undergo testing before leaving the factory. If you have tried various methods but still haven't resolved the issue, and you are certain that it is not a problem with the cable, then based on the situation you mentioned in your first post — that the device cannot be recognized after one flashing — it is likely that an incorrect image was flashed, causing U-Boot to fail to jump properly. You can check the startup print information through the debug serial port after powering on the development board and send the log to me for further analysis.
