Support for installing and running Flatpak on Buildroot

Hi Luckfox team,
I’m currently working with the Luckfox Pico Ultra W board and using Buildroot as the embedded Linux build system. I would like to install and run Flatpak on this environment.
So far, I haven’t seen official guidance or support for Flatpak integration with Buildroot on this platform. I understand Flatpak has a number of dependencies (such as systemd, bubblewrap, OSTree, etc.), and adapting it for a minimal embedded system like this can be tricky.

Could you please provide:
1. Guidance or instructions to enable Flatpak in the Buildroot environment for Luckfox.
2. Necessary configuration changes or external packages needed to support Flatpak.
3. Any known issues or compatibility concerns when using Flatpak on the Luckfox platform.

Any insights, patches, or example configurations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Hello, at present, we have not tested the relevant application development, and the official website has not yet provided official support for the Buildroot environment. Therefore, we are unable to offer you specific suggestions for the time being. However, during the transplantation process, it is recommended to pay close attention to the compatibility issues between the uClibc toolchain and the dependent packages in Buildroot. Since Buildroot integrates a large number of GliBC-based software packages by default, some of them may be incompatible with uClibc. Careful evaluation and testing are required.
