I think everything was working perfectly when I received my PicoKVM, and then updated it to the following version and started having two issues.

AppVersion: 0.11
SystemVersion: 0.1.5

1. The KVM is hooked to a Linux (TrueNAS) machine and no matter the USB port used, every 30 seconds (or less sometimes) I'm getting:
2. No matter the browser, system or KVM Web UI keyboard setting, what gets printed is not accurate at all.
e.g. using "Swiss French" or "Français de Suisse" (but I also tried with "English (US)"):
* hit "z" prints "y"
* hit "2" prints "@"
* hit "$" prints “|"

Any help will be appreciated, with this new version it's not usable

I conducted a test. The control end, running Windows 10, was set to the French layout. Picokvm was configured to use the French keyboard layout, and the controlled end, a Raspberry Pi, was also set to the French keyboard layout. The results were as expected. Please check if the keyboard layout configurations of the three ends are consistent. Currently, it seems that one of the ends has been configured to the German layout.

I just updated the device to AppVersion: 0.1.2 and SystemVersion: 0.1.6

I'm running Mac OS X Tahoe 26.0.1 with Safari.
Keyboard is configured with Swiss French

picoKVM same thing (it says "Français de Suisse")

And the controlled end is TrueNAS, configured with: Console Keyboard Map: French (Switzerland) (ch.fr)

Don't know what else I could do. Moreover, because it worked with the previous (less nice looking) system.
