Hi, is it safe to power the Pico Zero through the 5V and GND pins?

I was able to power up the board using pins 2 and 6 and a 5V supply, but I'm not sure if this is recommended.
Also, if this is safe, what is the input voltage range to these pins?

Ensure that the input voltage is between 4.8V and 5.3V. Directly powering the device via the header pins is safe.
