Hello LuckFox Team,

We plan to use the LuckFox Pico Ultra RV1106 in a production IoT system. The board will be mounted horizontally above our custom interface PCB using suitable standoffs.

The Pico Ultra has factory-soldered 2 × 13 GPIO headers with pins facing upward. Therefore, it cannot be directly plugged into female header sockets mounted on the custom PCB below. The GPIO header located near the RJ45 connector may also have limited clearance for a mating connector.

Could you please recommend the most reliable production method for electrically and mechanically integrating the Pico Ultra with a custom interface PCB?

Please also confirm:

Whether the Pico Ultra is available without pre-soldered headers or with downward-facing headers.
The recommended mating connector or carrier-board arrangement.
Availability of an accurate mechanical drawing showing header, mounting-hole and connector locations.

Thank you.
