What is the working temperature range for RV1106/RV1103 processor?

I found only recommended temperature range for RV1106 processor (0-80 centigrade) in a datasheet. What is the maximum temperature range? Are there chips with industrial temperature range (-40...+85 centigrade)?
What is the temperature range for RV1103 processor? I didn't find any information in the datasheet at all.

Hello, it is mentioned at the end of the Datasheet that the maximum temperature does not exceed 125°C

That is not a "range", this is "absolute maximum" value. My goal is to know the minimum working temperature.

I have similar question for Pico Pro/Max.
What is the declared minimum ambient temperature for its operation? It is 0°C? Or lower?

The original Rockchip factory manual specifies the chip's operating temperature range as 0 to 80 degrees Celsius. Although we have not conducted performance tests in low-temperature environments, you can refer to the feedback we have received from our customers. Some laboratory feedback indicates that the chip can operate continuously for several days without any issues in environments as low as -20 degrees Celsius.

I've done the investigation myself via putting RV1103 LuckFox development board into thermal chamber for 45 minutes at -30 degrees and it stopped work. I have no idea what part the problem is: CPU, DDR memory, SD-card, but it obviously doesn't work at -30 in total.
