[USB] ethernet is ok but NO MASKROM Recognition

Hello,

I'm trying to burn the NAND flash of my pico B device but the SocToolKit doesn't show my device.
I have tried pushing the boot button before connecting USB so the red light is not flashing, with many cables and also a male to male USB C connector but nothing shows on the SocToolKit application.

Can anyone Help me ?

Hi,

I do have the usb device : see attachment.
Nothing shows in the SocToolKit. My antivirus was hiding only one application: afptool.exe so I restored it.
Do you think I should completely disable my antivirus ?

Solved it re-decompressing the archive : the antivirus blocked a few programs from decompressing.
