  当客户刚获得开发板时，经常会遇到 SocToolKit 无法识别 USB 设备的问题。以下是一些常见的解决方法：
  1. 保证成功安装了瑞芯微的驱动助手DriverAssitant（推荐使用Windows10或者Windows11）。

  2. 下载烧录软件时关闭杀毒软件：

  • 在下载烧录软件时，务必关闭杀毒软件，因为杀毒软件可能会误伤部分配置文件，导致 SocToolKit 无法正确识别 USB 设备。
