I had some issues with my pico kvm and followed the instructions on the "Offline Firmware Update" page on the wiki to factory flash it. I tried both Luckfox-PicoKVM-Lite-Image-MicroSD.img and Luckfox-PicoKVM-Sys0.1.6-App0.1.2.img.

Nothing listening on port 80 or 443:
