Keyboard not working

  I recently bought a PicoKVM and did a firmware update to the latest version APP 0.0.4 System 0.1.2
  PicoKVM is connected to Ubuntu Desktop. I cannot enter text either through my physical keyboard or the virtual one.
  No keystrokes are transmitted to Ubuntu. At the same time, the mouse works normally. The icon on the display is also on a blue background indicating that the USB is connected.
  
  Why the keyboard doesn't work? This renders the device unusable.
