Core3566 mounted on Waveshare IO-base-b. Its GPIO header pins 8 and 10(tx and rx) are connected to rx0 and tx0 of ESP-WROOM-32D by mistake instead of connecting it to rx2 and tx2. From then on i can read no output on core3566 pin 8; i regularly use picocom at 1500000 baud rate to login. Is there anyway to revive UART2? Or can i modify rkbin firmware at https://github.com/rockchip-linux/rkbin.git to use another UART? I can switch to another UART once OS is booted but i want to switch the rkbin maskrom mode to another UART.
Seems I burnt my UART2; any alternative?
All interfaces are directly output from the chip, so any damage cannot be repaired. I will compile an image for you using UART7 (GPIO3_C4, GPIO3_C5) as the debug serial port.
