firmware docker build script

Hi.
I tried to build Nova's firmware with Docker.

The build is successful so far on Ubuntu 24.04 , ArchLinux and Raspibian, but hangs on the host-m4 1.4.1 config of the buildroot on MacOS.
I had no choice but to separate and "OFF whether getcwd handles long file names" compile, but no smart way has been found so far.
