Possibility to download last firmware manually & install it?
My KVM has the same problem, it shows the error below and doesn't update. I've already tried it on 2 different internet links. Is there any possibility of a manual update?

Currently, online firmware upgrade is not supported. Please use the offline method to update the firmware.
