I wanted to connect 5-DSI-TOUCH-B to Omni3576, but the DSI display is hardcoded in the SDK as 10.1-DSI-TOUCH-B
so i need to recompile the DTB. The SDK provides dtsi file only for 5-DSI-TOUCH-A. The touchscreen works
even with the 10.1-DSI-TOUCH-B settings, but are there any LCD init differences between
5-DSI-TOUCH-A and 5-DSI-TOUCH-B ?
