当客户刚获得开发板时，经常会遇到 SocToolKit 无法识别 USB 设备的问题。以下是一些常见的解决方法：
1. 保证成功安装了瑞芯微的驱动助手DriverAssitant（推荐使用Windows10或者Windows11）。

2. 下载烧录软件时关闭杀毒软件：

• 在下载烧录软件时，务必关闭杀毒软件，因为杀毒软件可能会误伤部分配置文件，导致 SocToolKit 无法正确识别 USB 设备。

3. 更换高质量的 Type-C 线：

• 选择质量良好的 Type-C 数据线至关重要。许多用户经验表明，连接质量差的线可能导致接触不良，进而影响 SocToolKit 对 USB 设备的正常识别。确保使用高品质的 Type-C 线，以提高连接的可靠性。

4.检查设备是否被虚拟机或手机助手占用：

• 确保没有其他程序如虚拟机、手机助手等占用 USB 设备。这些程序可能导致 SocToolKit 无法访问 USB 设备。

5. USB HUB 兼容性问题（较为罕见）：

• 在一些情况下，USB HUB 的兼容性可能导致 SocToolKit 无法正常识别 USB 设备，建议直接连到电脑上

• Choosing a good-quality Type-C data cable is crucial. Many user experiences indicate that poor-quality cables may result in poor contact, thereby affecting SocToolKit's normal recognition of USB devices. Ensure the use of a high-quality Type-C cable to improve connection reliability.

4. Check if the device is occupied by a virtual machine or mobile assistant:

• Ensure that no other programs, such as virtual machines or mobile assistants, are occupying the USB device. These programs may cause SocToolKit to be unable to access the USB device.

5. USB HUB compatibility issues (rare):

要在usb没有插入电脑前，按住板子的boot键，同时插头插入电脑，然后就能立即检测到了。。。
