Ubuntu and SC3336 camera

With same hardware in Ubuntu there no /dev/video*, /dev/media* devices.
Just to be sure: there no way to work with SC3336 camera in Ubuntu? Only buildroot supported?
Hello, the absence of /dev/video and /dev/media nodes on Ubuntu is likely due to missing corresponding driver support. Typically, drivers for the SC3336 camera can be loaded properly. However, drivers related to ISP algorithms can only be correctly loaded on systems built with compilers like buildroot and busybox, which are based on uclibc. This is because the ISP relies on dynamically linked libraries compiled with uclibc (Rockchip hasn't made its source code public). Even if the relevant SC3336 drivers are loaded, only RAW data from the camera can be obtained via v4l2-ctl (with significant differences from actual images, such as abnormal exposure and a greenish color bias). Although third-party ISP algorithms can be used for processing, it significantly compromises efficiency.(It takes several seconds to process a single frame of data.)
