Hello, everyone!

Oven soldering. Does it safe for Pico module?

Can anybody recommend temp curve or give max temp for oven soldering of Pico Mini module as SMD part into bigger board with a hole for Pico?

Does it need to fix MicroSD slot on bottom side?

Thanks!

We have not performed similar operations or testing.
The operating temperature range of the Luckfox Pico Mini is -20 to 60 °C. For soldering, it is not recommended to exceed 350 °C. It is preferable to use low-temperature solder paste with a lower soldering temperature, and avoid prolonged heating.

Hello!
Yes, max temp is 230-240°C, I have use this temp for Core1106 to solder in oven, but core size is bigger and need smaller mini.
Thanks for reply!

By the way, have ordered a batch of Pico Mini. Some of them have fox logo and label near SD card slot, but some have not. Other is mostly the same. This is first batch without logo or oem? This is your manufacture or others? Different dates/pcba or have any schematics version/difference?

We would like to clarify that we have never produced Luckfox Pico Mini boards without our official logo. The board shown on the right appears to be an unauthorized copy, manufactured using a lower-cost negative process with unverified component sourcing.
